Pascal Julienne

As President Executive Director BPL Global EMEA, Pascal Julienne directs the company's activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa, managing the EMEA office of BPL Global based in France and overseeing business development efforts for these sectors. Mr. Julienne brings more than 20 years of experience in broadband networks and services, as well as extensive business experience in the United States, Europe and Africa.

Before joining BPL Global he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Euro Connect. He founded the Euro Connect in 1997, which became the first company in Europe to implement high speed internet services on a cable network, and today is involved in several large scale innovative BPL projects, notably in France, Slovenia and the Ivory Coast.

He has participated as a speaker at many conferences throughout Europe on PLC technology and BPL, most recently in Moscow, Kiev, Budapest, Paris, Prague and Portoroz. Presently he is a member of the Club Senat, advising French senators on information technologies, belongs to the Ukrainian Telecom Club and is a member of the Board for the computing faculty of the Maine University in Le Mans.

Mr. Julienne has a degree in Network Infrastructure Engineering from the French "Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers." He also has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
