Power SG Managed Services

BPL Global^®’s Managed Services deliver the performance of our Power SG^® software as a managed service for broadband, smart grid and building management communication networks. Power SG Managed Services ensure high communications quality and reliability. It is a cost effective alternative for utilities, commercial and MDU building owners and managers, local governments, and corporations who choose to outsource this capability instead of building and operating it internally.

BPL Global’s Power SG Managed Services includes all of the software, hardware and systems infrastructure, hosting options, platform administration and maintenance that are required to deliver Power SG software as a service. The customer can choose from a standard offering of packages with tiered service level commitments or a customized service package based on their unique requirements.

As an alternative to licensing our software, customers can choose to purchase a subscription service. This service includes complete software and hardware infrastructure, deployment, configuration, provisioning and ongoing management of the selected applications by BPL Global’s Power SG experts. Day to day operations and performance management are handled 24/7 by our experienced operations center staff in our secure managed services facility, thus freeing up our customers’ resources.
