BPL Global®’s Building Efficiency Management (BEM) product EasyGreen® BEM is a comprehensive building monitoring, control and management solution that gives the user the ability to actively manage energy and water consumption, operations and efficiency in buildings. Facility Managers in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), commercial buildings, retail facilities and the hospitality industry are able to better control energy costs, reduce water loss, optimize operations and increase efficiency of their buildings.
Traditional methods for managing energy usage in Multi-dwelling Units (MDU) have been reactive. Electricity, water, steam and consumption from other utilities are not known until long after it has occurred. EasyGreen BEM puts the power in your hands to proactively manage efficiency and energy consumption and ultimately control costs.
Real-time monitoring and analysis of electric use, hot water consumption and indoor and outdoor air temperature provides a live view of the total energy envelope for each building and each unit within it.
