Commercial & Industrial Demand Management

Power SG® C&I Demand Management is a direct load control solution for commercial and industrial (C&I) demand. It enables accurate, real-time load control, allowing operators to pinpoint the amount, location and duration of curtailment with precision and verification. The solution provides detailed visibility into the characteristics and availability of loads for specific devices. Easily integrated with other distribution management systems, our solution optimizes overall efficiency and reliability. By reducing targeted distribution loads during peak hours, the associated cost of supplying power during these periods is also reduced. Power SG C&I Demand Management allows utilities to build and operate a state of the art demand management solution. It is one of the most valuable investments a utility can make. As an alternative to building new generation, demand management can be deployed for about 1/3 the investment.

The Power SG C&I Demand Management solution consists of software and controllers to coordinate and manage C&I equipment via direct interface to industrial control relays, distributed control systems, building energy management systems, and utility interval meters.
