Power SG Network Monitoring and Management is designed to monitor and manage the electrical device layer for an intelligent grid. This software brings more capable distribution management to grid operations from generation through the customer. The system monitors real time information provided by communications equipment, devices and sensors located throughout the distribution grid. Issues at any device are immediately registered and an alarm with precise location information is generated, allowing the utility to drastically improve day-to-day grid management, avoid or swiftly respond to outages and restore power to affected areas.
